Shopping List

My sweet Seth was helping me out today by making a shopping list for me. He came up with the items on the list--he said he'd choose foods that were healthy for us and that everyone would like. My personal favorite was number 7. All spellings are his own.

Anyway, it kept him busy for a little while. My kids have been going stir crazy and for some reason they just don't want to play outside. I really wish they would. I have about a million things to do and too many distractions to do them all. Nate has been a monster (albeit a cute monster) the last couple of days. He's just so smart and naughty. Not a good combination. He decided all our dvd's needed a bath so he washed them in the sink (thoroughly drenching and ruining most of the covers) then threw them into the shower to dry. I was more than a little dismayed when I caught him in the act. But right now he is napping so I have a little reprieve from chasing him anyway. I really love him but he is just such a handful right now. It's really all I can do to even keep the house clean let alone pack.

I gave myself a little break last night and made this:
Anyway I was pretty pleased with the result. I love stamping. It is such a great escape for me to stamp a card or two after the boys are in bed at night. Danielle says the new SU! catty will be here today and I can hardly wait to get my hot little hands on those 200+ pages of glossy goodness. All that new art to peruse. Mmmm mmmm! I can hardly wait. But now it's time for pb&j's that Seth made for us.

That is such a cute shopping list! So, what was number 7 supposed to be? That is hilarious. That card is so adorable too! You have more artistic talent than I could ever dream of having. We'll keep you around! :)

Number 7 was supposed to be "juice." David said he might have a hard time picking up Jews at the grocery store.
